Adele Nova Grace, a radiant light who touched the hearts of all who knew her, took her journey to heaven while embraced in her mama’s arms on August 4th at 1:23 p.m. She was 8 years old. Diagnosed with a brain tumor at the tender age of 2, Adele fought a courageous battle for six years, enduring multiple surgeries with unwavering strength. Though her earthly body was weary, her spirit soared, and she is now whole and healed in the loving embrace of heaven.
Adele leaves behind a profound impact on the lives of those she treasured. She is survived by her favorite person and devoted mother, JoyLyn; her loving brother, Anderson; and her cherished Grandma Barbe. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, James Sparks, Ann Sparks, and Katy Dingeldein. Adele was immeasurably loved and adored by her grandparents, many aunts and uncles, and her brother’s father, Austin.
Some of Adele’s favorite memories were shared with her best friends, all of whom were her cousins: Kira, Malachi, Grace, Jahzera, Belle, Kennadi, Rhythm, Freedom, Lino, Cici, Phoenix, Symphony, Gigi, Journey, Jubileigh, Kingston, and Kove. They were more like siblings to her. Their laughter, adventures, and shared bonds were a constant source of joy in Adele’s life.
A celebration of Adele’s beautiful life will be held at Valley Church in Caldwell, Idaho, on Monday, August 12th at 1 p.m. As we gather to celebrate her life, let us honor her memory by filling the church with the beauty of flowers. Her spirit would be delighted to see the world she loved so much adorned in such a colorful and joyful way. May the beauty of the floral tributes serve as a symbol of Adele's radiant life and the enduring love she brought to the world.
While we understand the inclination to wear black as a symbol of mourning, we believe Adele would prefer a celebration filled with happiness. To honor Adele’s spirit, we kindly request that attendees wear attire inspired by her favorite things: Disney princesses, Trolls, or Shrek. Let’s fill the celebration with color and joy, just as Adele brought to our lives.
