Antonio Wong

Antonio "Tony" Wong, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 66, surrounded by his loving family in Meridian, Idaho. He was born on March 3, 1958, in Santa Marta, Colombia, and immigrated to the United States where he would go on to build a life full of love, hard work, and devotion to those around him.

Tony had a deep passion for sports, particularly soccer, which he loved from a young age and continued to enjoy throughout his life.

For over 30 years, Tony was a co-owner of Confucius Restaurant, a beloved fixture in the community, offering delicious food with his brother. 

Tony was admired for his kindness, and willingness to help those around him. 

Tony is survived by his wife, Yu Ye; sons, Larry and Michael; and daughter, Sasha. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and the many people whose lives he enriched with his generosity and spirit.

A viewing will be held on December 25, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel. The memorial service will be held on December 26, 2024, from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. at Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel. Antonio will be laid to rest at Morris Hill Cemetery, close to family.

His memory will forever be cherished, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
