Barbara Ann Hines Mordhorst

Born Barbara Ann Ailshie to Elza Tom and Violet Ailshie of Ridgefield, Wa. on April 8th 1938, Barbara was a bright beautiful spunky girl with a wonderful imagination. She was one of ten siblings. She graduated from Ridgefield High in 1956.  Then went on to NNC in Nampa, Idaho from 1956 through 1958.

It was there that Barbara met and Married Dwayne D Hines I on May 2nd 1958.  They had four beautiful children together.  Dwayne D Hines II, who preceded her death, Steven D Hines of Boise Idaho, Angelene A Robarts and Husband Darren of Kuna, Id, and Gary D Hines and wife Susan of Salem Oregon. Barabra was an active member of Berean Baptist Church in Nampa Idaho for over 55 years, Where she was in charge of flowers for many years.  She also sang in the choir, worked in the nursery, and was on many committees.

She worked as a nursing assistant for many years, sharing her big heart and beautiful smile with all she cared for.  She retired from Sunny Ridge Manor in Nampa Id and was delighted to become a full time Gramma and Great Gramma.  Her First Husband Dwayne passed away in 2003.

She later married Robert Mordhorst in June of 2009.  They happily resided in Nampa Idaho until her passing on Feb. 5th 2022.

She is survived by sisters Romona Thomas, and Linda Rodgers, and beloved grandchildren, Jessica A Hines, Josiah C Robarts and wife Madison, Spencer D Hines, Isaac J Hines, Jacob T Robarts, Johnathan D Hines, Connor G Hines, Dominic M Hines, Tristian G Hines, Lauren E Hines, and Two Great Granddaughters, Juniper R Robarts and Harper E Robarts
