Barbara was born on
May 27, 1944 in

Idaho
to Richard J. and Erma D. Fuller Foster. She grew up in
Boise
and graduated from
Borah
High School
in 1961. On September 16, 1962 Barbara married Anton
(Tony) Walter in
Boise
.
Barbara was a loving
wife and mother. She had an infectious
laugh and a great sense of humor. She was
an amazing artist who enjoyed oil painting.
Her other passion was genealogy.
She spent countless hours researching and recording her family history.
Survivors include
her children, Jay Walter, Liessa Evans, Patrick Walter; grandchildren, Angie
Duncil, Tiana Pisca, Tarin Walter, Shane Evans, Michael Walter, Desiree Walter,
Caitlyn Walter, and Aleshia Evans; and six great granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her beloved
husband, Tony Walter and her parents.
Mom, you will
forever be in our hearts and thoughts.
