On June 1, 1934, a legend; Betty Dolores McCoy, was born in
Spencer, Indiana. She was one in a
million and was loved by everyone that knew her. On August 9, 1953, Betty married Harold
Edward McCoy in Spencer, Indiana. She was
the best wife, sister, mom, grandma and friend anyone could ever dream of
having. She never failed at lighting up
a room with jokes and laughter. Betty
loved family, bowling, dancing, playing cards, gambling, and shopping. She enjoyed cokes,
smokes and donuts. The love she gave to others will live on
forever. On February 7, 2015, surrounded
by her loved ones, she was called home to be with our Heavenly Father, whom she
loved very much. We are thankful she’s now out of pain. Until we see each other again, she will be
deeply missed. “Praise the Lord, I saw the light”.
Grandma, we love you more than you will ever know. You
were always here for us and we are
forever grateful! We are so blessed for the adventure you gave us. Now it’s time for you to enjoy your new
one. Love always, your grandkids.
