.
She lived with her parents, Ernest & Hazel Eubanks, in
Tanupa, with two older sisters, Charlotte and Jean. She started high school in
Shoshone and then transferred to Gooding High School where she graduated in
1949
.
She was a cheerleader and treasurer of her class. Betty met the
love of her life Voris Lee "Bo" Conyers at Oakley's Ice Cream Parlor
in Gooding and they were married on September 25, 1949, in Elko, NV. Over the
next 44 years together Bo’s work

Moscow, Idaho, Los Angeles, California, Lander, Wyoming, Ouray, Colorado,
Tucson, Arizona, and San Mateo, California. While in San Mateo Betty Rae
managed a large apartment complex
.
With 3
children now in tow they moved to Chile, South America .
Then it
was on to San Manuel, Arizona, Swakopmund, Southwest Africa
,
Palabora,
South Africa, SLC, Utah, Augusta, Georgia, Rahway, New Jersey, Donner's Grove,
Illinois, Japatown, Maryland, Belpre, Ohio, Cardon, Venezuela and Harbor Beach,
Michigan
.
As a family they always came back to Idaho to visit their folks
and many friends. They retired after the Michigan job and moved to Eagle, Idaho
.
Bo and
Betty had 44 years of great fun and adventures together before he passed away
in 1994. Betty was able to visit all 50 states and 29 countries.
Betty loved the Lord and loved the Cathedral of the Rockies. Her
hobbies were playing golf, bridge, pinochle, gardening, square dancing,
reading, sewing, travelling, going to the movies and the theater. She was
involved with the Crane Creek Bridge Group in Boise; The Assistance League of
Boise; the Eagle Ladies Bridge Group; the Eagle Welcome Club; and the Eagle's
Senior Center
.
She is survived by her three children, Trella Rae Lloyd of Kent,
Washington, Carolyn Jean Collins of Caldwell, Idaho, and Don David Conyers of
Victor, Idaho. She is also survived by three grandchi
l
dren,
Jennifer Bree Jansen of Parker, Colorado, Kristi Dawn Romain of Seattle,
Washington and Timothy Lee Conyers, of Bountiful, Utah, and great
grandchildren.

Rockies, on Thu
