Brenda Lee (Moore) Inskeep passed away in Boise, Idaho on
September 4, 2015 at the age of 45. She
is survived by her loving husband Dustin Inskeep, her children Danielle (Tony)
Choutdara, Emily Inskeep, Alex Inskeep, her parents Bob and Sharon Moore, her
sisters: Jana (Mike) McCurdy and Kristina (Russell) Inskeep, her grandmother
Laura McAnulty, and six nieces and nephews.
Brenda was born in Pocatello, Idaho on June 3

1970. She graduated from Challis High School in 1988 and on June 25
th
,
1988, Brenda married her best friend, and high school sweetheart, Dustin
Inskeep. They had two daughters, Danielle and Emily, and a son, Alex. Dustin
and Brenda built a home in southeast Boise that was a gathering place for
friends, family and coworkers.
In the midst of raising a family, Brenda fulfilled a life
dream, earning a B.S. nursing degree from Boise State University in 2004. She
started her nursing career at Elks Rehabilitation before moving to the wound
center. In 2011, Brenda joined St. Luke’s as a wound consultant and did
inpatient care where she found joy in helping everyone from premature infants
in the NICU to the elderly and special needs population. Her compassion and love for others, as well
as her calm demeanor and clever sense of humor made her an incredible nurse to
those she helped.
Brenda was a loving mother to Danielle, Emily, and
Alex. She volunteered for many years at
Liberty Elementary School; she also taught Sunday school, AWANA, Bible studies and
Vacation Bible Schools. She volunteered
with Love, INC and the Special Olympics.
She enjoyed family trips to Yellowstone, the Oregon Coast, Glacier
National Park, and family reunions near Stanley, Idaho. During the summer months, the family went on
numerous camping trips in their camper.
Dustin was offered a position in Xi’an, China with Micron in
2013. Brenda moved with her husband and
made China her home for 2 years. She
filled her days with lessons to learn Mandarin Chinese, calligraphy, painting,
cooking, and dancing. She continued to
host and entertain family, friends, and colleagues. She was active in a local Christian
fellowship and taught Sunday school.
Brenda and Dustin were able to travel throughout Asia and took their
children on many of their adventures.
The celebration of Brenda’s life will be held at 11am at
Treasure Valley Bible Church at 12251 W. Ustick Rd in Boise, Idaho on Saturday September

All donations will be sent to an orphanage in China which Brenda had a
heart for.
