Carolyn Margaret Tollman was born
August 25, 1939

Caldwell

Idaho
,
to Jack and Peggy (Shearer) Tollman .
She attended
Caldwell
schools graduating from
Caldwell
High School
in 1957. She was an editor of the school newspaper and
a member of National Honor Society.
Carolyn and Carl were married on
October 7, 1957
at the First Christian Church,
Caldwell
,
Id.
,
and moved to
Boise
in 1968. Carolyn was employed full and
part-time for 42 years by
Canyon
County
in various
positions, retiring in December of 1999 as Jury Commissioner.
Carolyn enjoyed preparing for and hosting holiday family
gatherings at her home. She and Carl
enjoyed traveling and spending time with their grandchildren.
Carolyn is survived by her husband Carl of 55 years,
daughter Carrie (David) Bills, grandchildren Andrew (Jennifer) Bills, Laurie
(Garrett) Manthei, Kara (Zach) Howard; daughter Carla (Alan) Gordy,
grandchildren Brandon Gordy, Alana Gordy, 3 great-grandchildren, and her sister
Marilyn (Bill) Dickey.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Peggy
Tollman.
