Christopher Scott Booher, age 27
(aka) GQ, went to be with his heavenly father on the day of June 15, 2017. Chris
was born in Stockton, California to Scott Booher and Sherri Booher
(Biggerstaff). Growing up as a kid Chris resided in Boise, ID and pursued his
many passions. Chris loved the game of golf and had tremendous talent. Chris’s
accomplishments consisted of winning several tournaments; including the
Dropping which was a very prestige tournament. In addition, Chris had a strong
passion for being on two wheels. As a child Chris raced motocross and as he
grew into adulthood he began his love for street bikes. Aside from Chris’s
passions, the one thing he never let us forget was the love he had dedicated to
God. He shared this strong love with everyone who was a part of his life. Chris
was baptized October of 2015 at Life Church in honor of his God. Chris was pursuing
a very successful degree at Boise State and was only a few credits shy of
graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree. Chris was a very ambitious and
hardworking man. Nothing ever could get in his way or stop him from reaching
his goals. There was never a dull moment with Chris. He always kept the room
alive and a smile on everyone’s face. Chris loved pulling pranks on people,
especially his siblings. He had a very young heart, but was extremely wise for
his age. Anyone who knew Chris would say he was very charming and his
personality was the center of attention for everyone. In Chris’s free time he
enjoyed taking his son golfing, going to the gym, going to church, and spending
quality time with his family and friends.
Chris always put his family first no
matter what the circumstance was. He would do anything to protect his family, and
loved them with every ounce of his heart. Chris showed a tremendous amount of
love to his family on a daily basis, and was the backbone of the family. Chris
had special nicknames for everyone, that never failed to make anyone laugh.
Chris was proceeded in death by his Nana (Yvonne Krueger) and Grandma
Biggerstaff. Chris leaves his beautiful wife Amanda Booher (Bagaason), his son
Xander Cole Booher, his parents Scott and Sherri Booher, his little sister
Amanda Booher, his little brother Blake Booher, and his nephew Coltin, along
with many other beloved family and friends.
We
will be having a Celebration of Life at Life Church on Friday, June 23, at 2pm
and lieu of flowers. Please donate to the church.
