Clifford (Cliff) Merle Robertson, 43, passed away Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, at his home in Caldwell, Idaho.
Cliff was born July 11, 1981 at home in Boise, Idaho to Bill Robertson and Katie Loepp. He graduated from Centennial High School in 1999. After graduation, Cliff worked in various industries before he found his passion and home at Dry Creek Cemetery. Cliff was very lucky to not only love his work but also his work family. Though Cliff was a quiet man, he brought immense joy to those who knew him well with his fierce love and razor-sharp wit, often leaving them laughing to the point of tears. Cliff’s family and extended family will have an abundance of “Cliff” stories to cherish and recount for years.
Cliff is survived by his dad Bill (Robin) Robertson, mother Katie (Gary) Loepp, sister Stephanie (Justin) Rhodes, brother Tom (Megan) Robertson and step-sister Mindy “Petery” Freeman. Some of Cliff’s happiest moments in life was being an uncle to Victor, Aiden, Charlie, Rachel, Mary, Robbie, Frankie and Kenny. Cliff is also survived by his grandmother Darlene M. Wellington, uncles Steve (Valentina) Wellington, Tom Robertson, aunts Sue Wellington, Cindy (Julie) Robertson, Karen Robertson, Lorrie (Dave) Robertson, Debbie (Steve) Tactacan and numerous cousins.
Cliff was preceded in death by his grandfather’s Clifford C. Wellington and William M. Robertson, grandmother M. Delores Robertson, aunt Connie J. Robertson and step-brother Allen J. Beams.
It is true, when all is said and done, a deep grief is the price we pay for a deep love.
There will be a private family service held at a future date.
