Connie Jean Dougal Hornyak 1940 - 2015
Our beloved Connie
entered Heaven on July 29, 2015 at the home of her sister in Meridian, Idaho,
surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born August
13, 1940 to father, David F. Dougal and mother, Leta Woodruff Dougal.
Brother, David J. Dougal; sister, Velma (Val)
Dougal House; brother, Richard Dougal.
Connie is survived
by her children, Shannon (Dave) White, Billy (Kathy) Glass, Tammy Evans, and
Kirk Evans; nine grandchildren;
sister,
Val (Larry) House; and brother, Richard Dougal.
Her older brother, David Dougal and two sons, Bryan Glass and Darren
Evans preceded her in death.
Her request was to
be cremated and her ashes spread on her ranch in Mesa, Idaho.
There will be a
Memorial Service, August 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in Mesa, Idaho at Indian Valley
Church with her lifetime friend, Pastor Isaac Ward officiating.
A special thank you
to Heart and Home Hospice for their wonderful care of Connie, making it
possible to have her home with family and friends.
Connie's profession was a CNA and caring for
many needy souls as well.
She leaves us all
with a legacy of her sweetness and kindness and always a big smile on her face
for everyone.
Heaven's gate opened
wide to welcome this precious soul in to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus
Christ.
