David Keith
Petersen, 44, of Twin Falls, passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in Boise,
ID. A memorial service will be held today, Saturday, April 28, 2012, at 10
a.m., at Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel, Boise.
David was
born on December 20, 1967, in Boise, to David Otto Petersen and Beverly Jo
Keith Petersen. He attended Boise Schools, and graduated from Borah High
School. One of his favorite childhood hobbies was fishing with his grandpa.
After graduation, David enlisted in the U.S. Army and served four years,
spending sometime stationed in Germany. David lived in Twin Falls, and had worked
as a healthcare provider in Twin Falls assisted living facilities, and was
currently employed by Twin Falls Taxi. David was an ambassador for the Twin
Falls Chamber of Commerce, which was a very important part of his life.
David was
preceded in death by his father, David Otto Petersen; grandfather, Robert
Keith; grandfather, Milo Petersen; and grandmother, Gloria Petersen.
He is
survived by his mother, Bev Petersen, of Twin Falls; his daughter, Teal
Petersen, of Boise; grandmother, Alma Keith, of Boise; uncle, Tim (Phyllis)
Keith of Boise; uncle, M. James (Sandie) Petersen of Boise; uncle, Richard
(Candace) Petersen of Oregon; aunt, Karen Harris of Boise; aunt, Kathy (Ron)
Murray of Blackfoot, ID; close friend, Vickie McFarlin, and her children K.C.
Berger and Missy Berger of Twin Falls, ID; and numerous cousins and friends.
