Debra June Fullmer-Kollecker 65, went home to
her Heavenly Father on Saturday May 22nd, 2021.
Debbie was a beloved wife, mother, grandma, great grandma, sister, aunt and
friend. She was a pillar of strength in her love and service to God.
Debbie fought a hard battle of cancer for 10 months, being cared for by
her daughter Amber and her husband Josh and family in their home. Later she
was also cared for at home with First Choice Hospice and care people,
especially cared by her Nurse Sandie and her CNA Manny.
There will be no public service and she will be remembered and celebrated
privately by her family.
Debra June Kollecker was born June 17th, 1955 in Twinfalls, ID to Lisle Harris
Fullmer and Lois Irene Fullmer. She was 3rd child born out of 4.
She graduated from Twinfalls Sr High and later got her B.S. in in
Business Management and Marketing. Debbie retired from Allied Envelope
after 22 1/2 years. She had over 30 plus years in customer service.
Debbie contributed greatly to her church and community over the years.
She held positions of Regional Youth Director, Women’s Leader, Church
School Director, Cabin Counselor and Campfire leader. She volunteered
through the National Youth Foundation and Older Youth Service Corp. She
was a avid reader and student of the word of God.
Debbie was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Theodore Fred Kollecker
who just passed months earlier in February. Her brother Charles Dunn,
mother Lois Fullmer, and her father Lisle Fullmer. Debbie left behind her
son Brady Micheal Kollecker, daughter Amber Brooke Montgomery (Joshua SR), 8
precious grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, her sister Tawna Marie Noftzger
(Tom), brother Donald Leroy Dunn (Linda), and many nieces and nephews.
