Donna L. Shively, 64, of Boise, died on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at her home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23, at the Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel with a viewing prior starting at 12 noon.
Donna was born on June 25, 1952 in Pocatello, Idaho to Jess P. Garcia and Cecilia Blake Garcia. She completed all of her schooling in Pocatello and married her husband Roger Shively on December 12, 1980. Together they lived in Pocatello and Boise, Idaho. In addition to raising a family, Donna worked as a cosmetologist. Her hobbies included crafts, cooking and going to garage sales.
Survivors include her husband: Roger Shively (Boise, ID), son: Adam Shively (Boise, ID), 2 sisters and 3 brothers: Pat Prescott (Pocatello, ID), Phillip Garcia (Pocatello, ID), Alan Garcia (Pocatello, ID), Jess Garcia (Las Vegas, NV), Anita Sizemore (Olive Branch, MS). She was preceded in death by her son and daughter, mother and father, nephew and brother-in-law and various aunts, uncles, and cousins.
