Ella Mae
Wilson, 72, of Boise, died on Thursday, April 11, 2013. A funeral service will
be held at 1 p.m., on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Alden-Waggoner Funeral
Chapel, Boise.
Ella was
born on October 8, 1940, in Grahn, Kentucky to Stearl and Gertrude (Carrol)
Mosier. Ella attended all her schooling in Kentucky and married Harvey J.
Wilson on July 21, 1973, in Winemucca, NV. She worked at Vicks Pie Shop at
Fairview and Liberty, and An Onion Ring Factory, at 29
th
and
Fairview. Ella loved to travel, especially on a yearly trip to Olive Hill,
Kentucky. She had a powerful love for animals, was a greeter at church, and had
a love for kids of all ages and many seniors. She was a member of River City
Church in Boise.
Ella is
survived by her husband, Harvey J. Wilson of Boise; a daughter, Linda Geary, of
Garden City; a son, Brian Wilson and his wife Eula of Copperopolis, CA; a
brother, Arnold Jacobs of Boise; and a sister and brother-in-law, Ann and John
Ares of Meridian; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and may cousins,
nieces and nephews in Kentucky and Ohio. She was preceded in death by her son,
Ronald Dale Wilson, parents, sisters, Rita and Joan; and brothers, Boo and
Donnie.
Memorials
may be made in Ella’s name to River City Church, Boise.
