Hattie O. Gerber
Hattie O. Gerber, 84, of Melba, passed away on
January 17, 2014, in a local care center.
Hattie was born in Heglar, Idaho on June 20, 1929,
to Elmer Chase and Mary Ethel Cochran. Some of Hattie's hobbies included
sewing, fishing, needlework, and jigsaw puzzles, and quilting. She especially
enjoyed spending time with family.
Hattie is survived by her five children, Donald
Baldwin of Ashton, Idaho, Stanley Higgs of Caldwell, Idaho, Richard Baldwin of
Boise, Idaho, Ed Ward Gerber of Crestview, Florida, and Virginia Trent of
Guffey, Idaho; Sixteen grandchildren; Twenty-one great-grandchildren; and three
great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her former husband's,
Earl Baldwin and Robert Gerber; and one son Earl Gerber.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January
25, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel, Boise.
