Kim Jensen Kruse

Kim Jensen Kruse was born May 29, 1950 in Firth, Idaho, and died of natural causes November 14, 2014.

Kim graduated high school in Burley, Idaho, lived briefly in Billings, Montana, and then lived in Boise, Idaho.  Kim worked for 14 years for The Turf Company in Meridian, Idaho.  Kim discovered his true love of the road six years ago when he became a long distance driver.  He had 250,000 accident free miles with Gordon Trucking and was highly regarded by his colleagues.

Kim loved music, was a self-taught singer-song writer and guitarist.  Kim loved his extended family, the Egermans, and spoke frequently and fondly of the time he spent in Australia on his LDS mission after high school.

Kim is survived by his wife Jennifer Egerman Kruse, his daughter and son in law, Melissa and Jeff Job, and their two children Bryer and Brielle; his son and daughter in law, Stewart and Monica Reich, and their children, Elliott and Valerie; and his nieces Karly Ricard and Cambry Severe; and Kim and Jenny’s beloved cat, Abby. Kim was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Kruse, mother, Wyonna Kruse, and sister, Jill Kruse Shepard.

Kim’s memorial service will be held at Foothills Christian Church, 9655 West State Street, in Boise, Idaho on Friday, November 21, at 11:00 a.m.
