Lavonia R. Szurgot
Lavonia was
born January 7th, 1928 in Forest City, Missouri and passed away April 17, 2015
in Boise, Idaho.
Lavonia is
survived by her eight children, Dorothy, Doris, Larry, Teresa, Madonna, Tom,
Tina, and Cindy; her 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her sister
June. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank S. Szurgot who died
January 25th, 2009. Lavonia was a beautician for 30+ years, and had a life full
of creativity ranging from writing books, making heart-to-heart dolls,
sweatshirts and paintings. Lavonia's caring and loving smile will be missed
greatly by all of us, as well as hold a special place in all our hearts.
A memorial
service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday April 23, 2015, at Alden-Waggoner
Funeral Chapel, Boise.
