Lillian Janet Ramsay, 92, of Boise, died on November 5, 2011, at a Boise care center. She was born June 2 , 1919 to John C. Ramsa y and M. Florence McKel vy Ramsa y at Bradwardine , Manitoba , Canada.

She was a member of the Seventh - day Adventist Church. She lived with her parents and attended school in Brad w ardine through the eleventh grade. Then she attended Canadian U nion College at Lacombe , Alberta , Can a da for two y ear s .
Lillian began her career as an accountant b y working in the Manitoba - Saskatchewan Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. She continued working for the Seventh-day Adventist denomination for forty years working in Ontario-Quebec , Lake Union , Illinois , Colorado , Ohio , and Idaho Conferences. She retired in 1986 and enjo y ed doing volunteer w ork for the Eagl e Adventist Christian School .

Lillian spent many hours doing handwork such as knitting , crocheting and tatting. She also enjoyed the outdoors , camping , hiking and bird watching.

Sur v i v ors include one niece and four nephews , several great-nieces and great-nephews, great-great-nieces , and g rea t- great-nephews.

She was preceded in death b y her parents , John and Florence Ramsay ; si s ter , Bernice and her husband , Ben Kettner, and a brother , E lbridge Ramsay and his wife Mabel .

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the
Seventh-day Adventist Church, 585 W. State St., Eagle, ID 83616, under the direction of Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel, Boise.
