at Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Musgrove Funeral Chapel, Eugene,
OR.
Merrill was born
September
24, 1911
, at Kellogg, OR. He graduated from Elkton High School in
1929. Merrill worked in real estate development before moving to Boise in 1989.
He married Francis Davison in Oakland, Oregon on Oct 8, 1936 . They had two sons and a daughter. Francis passed away in 1988, and Merrill married Elsie (Bonnie) Moseley in 1989.
Merrill was a deeply religious man who served the Lord faithfully throughout his long life.
Survivors include his wife Elsie, sons, Marvin (Janet) of Phoenix, AZ, and Gordon (Joyce) of Eugene, OR; daughter, Cheryl (Dan) Johnson of Sammamish, WA, and seven grandchildren and 14 great- grandchildren. Also surviving Merrill are his sister, Elizabeth Fisher of Roseburg, OR, and step-daughters, Marilyn (Craig) Whitney of Boise, ID, and Jamie Honey of Newberry, FL.
The family thanks the many friends and family who visited and the Family
Hospice for their care during Merrill's last weeks. Local arrangements are
under the direction of Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel, Boise.
