Blaine Shepherd and wife Donna, of Hillsboro, Oregon; a niece, Jennifer Masonheimer and her husband Steve, of Eagle, Idaho and nephew, Matthew Shepherd, of Meridian, Idaho.  His parents preceded him in death.
