Nancy Ann Jubinville Murphy, age 54, passed away surrounded
by loved ones at home after her courageous battle with ovarian cancer on
December 31, 2013. A memorial mass will
be celebrated on Saturday, January 4, 2014, at 10:30 am at Holy Apostles
Catholic Church in Meridian Idaho. Arrangements are under the direction of the
Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel.
Nancy was born in Roanoke, Virginia on October 11
th
1959. She later moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she spent most of her
childhood. After moving to Salt Lake
City, she graduated from Brighton High School and attended the University of
Utah. It was here she met her first
husband Matthew McGraw and later moved to California where she had two
beautiful daughters, Meghan and Angela McGraw.
Nancy married Dave C. Murphy on March 25
th
2012
and together made many wonderful memories. Nan enjoyed fly fishing, camping, snow skiing,
quilting and silly times with her girls, twin sister and grandson Koltyn. Her beautiful smile touched many lives and her
laughter and caring personality will be missed by many. She is survived by her loving husband Dave
Murphy, and was especially proud of her two daughters, Meghan and Angela
McGraw. She is also survived by Peggy
(Ron) Jackson of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Rick (Sandy) Jubinville of Cordova,
Tennessee, Norma Jean (Savy) Vargas of Boise, Idaho, Rick (Lexi) Murphy of
Boise, Idaho, Kellie (Ethan) Hoffman of Glen Ullin, North Dakota, Andy Murphy
of Boise Idaho and her sweet grandson, Koltyn Murphy as well as many special cousins,
nieces and nephews. She was preceded in
death by her parents Robert and Phyllis Jubinville.
These past few years were especially memorable thanks to all
the time spent with her family and many friends. She is a special guardian angel to many, especially
to her twin sister Jean. Dave and family
request memorial contributions be made in Nancy’s name to Mountain States Tumor
Institute (MSTI) and/or the Idaho Humane Society.
