When the Lord Jesus in heaven called for our loved one, the Lord received an amazing lady.
Opal was gifted in art and she loved portrait painting. She was the world’s greatest in wallpaper papering. She was a good seamstress and a brilliant cook.
Opal was blessed with two children, Burch and Jessie Marie. Burch and Patty had two lovely daughters and a son along with their many, many grandchildren; she was always there for them. In our travel trailer days, she was the best of companions.
When you took our loved one, you received a lady of great respect . And every morning that we lived together, the first thing over the sip of coffee we had a little prayer, “To us forever and ever”!
Honey, to us forever and ever.
A graveside service will be held at 2: p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016, at Dry Creek Cemetery.
