Pamela Jean Rearick, 73, passed away February 11, 2018 after
complications from the flu.
Pam was born
on October 8, 1944 in Wahoo, Nebraska to Richard and Jean Van Pelt.
Her early years were spent in Nebraska, where
she loved spending time on her grandparents’ farm.
Her family moved to Caldwell Idaho, and she
graduated from Caldwell High School in 1962.
She attended the College of Idaho and the University of Oregon where she
met her former spouse, Gene Rearick.
They settled in Twin Falls Idaho and raised four children.
Pam completed a paralegal program in 1999.
Pam was active in Eastern Star and Job’s Daughters.
She enjoyed gardening, ceramics, cross stitch
and playing the piano.
She was active in
her church and was passionate about caring for animals.
She was an avid reader and loved spending
time with friends.
Pam is survived by her children Elizabeth Rearick (James
Begley) of Tacoma, Washington, Carol Mueller of Beaverton, Oregon, David
Rearick (Melisa) of Herriman, Utah, and John Rearick (Chelsea) of Twin Falls
Idaho; sister Roxanne Luther (Ron Masters) of Bend, Oregon; and many
grandchildren.
Pam was preceded in death
by her parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 24
th
at 1:00 pm at Wright Community Congregational Church, 4821 W. Franklin Rd.,
Boise.
