In loving memory of Pauline Eloise Jones, 90, of Boise, who died on September 25, 2012, in an Eagle care center of natural causes.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at Dry Creek Cemetery, with Rick Lantz officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel, Boise.

Pauline was born on April 8, 1922, in Berryville, Arkansas to William L. Miller and Minnie Brawley Miller. She attended school in Osage, Arkansas, and married William T. Jones on April 28, 1940. They resided in Berryville and later in Boise.

She was employed by Idaho Candy, Simplot’s in Caldwell, and was a caregiver to the elderly in their homes.
She loved gardening and making her yard beautiful, and was a wonderful cook, making the best pies around. She loved music and singing, and listening to her children sing made her very proud. She always said “I Have Things To Do”.

After her divorce, Pauline went on taking care of her children, whom she loved dearly and were her pride and joy. She was very active in her faith as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She is survived by four sons, Larry (Debby) Jones, Harold Glen (Carol) Jones, Wendell (Leola) Jones and Milton Jones; three daughters, Linda Bolen, Marilyn Perkins and Jenene (Blaine) Christeson; 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; and three great- great-grandchildren.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; brother, William (Chester) Miller; sisters, Alma Chaney and Hazel Burr; and daughters, Sharon Sue Jones and Darlene Gloria Jones.

Flowers may be sent to Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel by Monday or contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1674 Hill Rd, Boise 83702.
