Richard L. Hugg

Richard L Hugg, 90, of Boise, Idaho, died Tuesday, November 12, 2024 in a Boise hospital.

 Richard was born in Boise, Idaho, on July 2, 1934, to Henry Jack Hugg and Gladys Molly Warner Hugg. He grew up in Boise and received his education there. Richard married Dorothy Jeanette Walker in Boise and they were married for over 50 years. He lived in various places beside Boise including Utah, Panama and Virginia before coming back to Boise and settling there.

 He spent 20 years in the USAF and 20 years at Morrison-Knudsen.

 Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching BSU football and bowling.

 He was a member of the Moose Lodge.

 Survivors include his son, Kenneth Hugg, a brother, Dale Ham, and a sister Edith Byington, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

 His wife Dorothy preceded him in death.

 A committal service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 25, 2024 at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
