Ronald F. “Ron”
Bartlett, 69, of Kuna, ID died Monday, July 17, 2017 at home of natural causes.
A funeral service
will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Alden-Waggoner Funeral
Chapel.
Burial will follow at Dry Creek
Cemetery.
Ron was born on
August 12, 1947 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Esther Schick Bartlett and Edwin
Bartlett.
He grew up in the Magic Valley
and received his schooling in Buhl, ID.
On December 27,
1969, Ron married Phyllis Robinson in Boise, Idaho.
They lived in Boise before making their home
in Kuna.
Ron worked as a
fiberglass fabricator at various places including Best Bath and Skystar, and
was also self-employed as Ron’s Fiberglass.
He had many hobbies
and special interests.
Ron enjoyed
woodworking and leather tooling.
He also
had a passion for cycles, old cars and pickups, puzzles, word search, mystery
books and Kindle.
Survivors include
his wife, Phyllis Bartlett, Kuna, ID;
daughters, Lori Peterson and her husband, Doug, Marcie Gonzalez and her
husband, Joe, and Julie Boyd and her husband, Lynn, all of Boise; ID, his
grandchildren, Zachery Gonzalez, Cory Gonzalez, Brieana Gonzalez and Jesika
Gonzalez of Boise, ID, Roscoe Ambrose of Meridian, ID and Quentin Boyd of
Meridian, ID.
He was preceded in death
by his brother, Edwin
Erwin
Bartlett of Burley, ID.
Memorials are
suggested to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
