Scott E. Helin, 34, of Boise, died suddenly on September 21,
2017.
Scott was born October 11, 1982 in Boise, Idaho, to Clifford
E. and Susanne Wilson Helin. He attended Boise schools, including Mountain Cove.
He married Nicole Christon on May 12, 2011 in Boise.
Scott has lived in Boise, Stanley, and Nampa, Idaho. He was
employed at the Ram Restaurant and Brewery.
He was interested in sports, fantasy football, UFC fighting,
Boxing, music, cooking, and being outdoors fishing. His greatest enjoyment in
life was spending time with both of his wonderful children.
Scott is preceded in death by his brother, Bryan Raymond
Christopher Helin, and his father, Clifford E. Helin.
He is survived by Nicole Helin, his children, twins Noah and
Cora; his mother, Susanne; brother, Michael Peckham; sister, Tracy Peckham;
significant other, Kristin Alexander; and godfather, Dwight Allen; several
uncles, aunts, cousins, a sister-in-law, two nieces and a nephew.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, from
6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel. A private burial will
be held at the Idaho City Pioneer Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Scott’s name to
Drug Free Idaho (drugfreeidaho.org), in order to provide services for future
prevention and education.
