Hello, my name is Courtney, Sharon’s my grandma. I first want to thank you for coming out and showing my grandma love. She would love to see all the faces out here. Now let’s talk about her.

Sharon was a loving person. Of course, she had her flaws but who doesn’t. She loved hard and was one of the most stubborn people I have ever met. I have so many memories with her.

I could go on for hours, but I know we all want something short and sweet; I will first say I couldn’t have been more appreciative of my grandma. She always had me over. I’d stay the night and she always had room and time for me. She was the best grandma. I will always remember at a young age; she always had a mirror by the door because before she left the house, she would pop out her red lipstick and put it on. She loved her taboo perfume. One thing I remember she loved playing her card games. If it was solitaire or playing her games with the ladies in her apartment building.

Sharon loved watching Wheel of Fortune. She loved watching BSU games. She loved to bowl, and when she was younger she enjoyed square dancing. She also loved going to concerts of all kinds. Each time she would have to buy a tee shirt and a photo that she would put into a binder. She loved cooking and baking.

Most of all she loved her family and her dogs. She would do anything for her family when she was able to. She always wanted to be with her family but it became hard for her to do that.
