Sheri Lynn Farris

Sheri Lynn Farris, 70, passed peacefully on December 11, 2023, after a long battle with cancer and severe Osteoporosis.

Sheri was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho on April 17, 1953, to Jack Evans and Beverly Higgins.

She married Jack Farris II on May 13, 1972. They had one son: Greg Farris and one daughter: Wendy Farris Duncan.

She loved to do arts and crafts and learn new hobbies. She loved teaching her hobbies to others. She loved her 10 years at American Red Cross as an Administrator. She loved taking care of her family and her cats.

Sheri is survived by her son Greg Farris; daughter Wendy Farris Duncan; sisters, Sheila Jones and Corine Heges; sister-in-law Sandy Cress; brothers-in-law Wayne Farris and Rodger Huckabee; son-in-law Michael Duncan; grandsons, Chase Farris, KC Farris, and Jacob Farris; great-granddaughter Savannah Farris; and many nieces and nephews.

Sheri was preceded in death by her parents Jack Evans and Beverly Higgins; husband Jack Farris II; and brother-in-law Dale Farris.

She will be truly missed by everyone who knows her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023 from 5-8:30 p.m., at Tree City Church, Fireside Room #246, 3852 N. Eagle Rd. Boise, 83713.
