Stephanie Kathleen (Nigh) Hamsher

March 10, 1970 – July 17, 2024

Stephanie K. Hamsher, 54, of Star, Idaho died on July 17, 2024 at her home. Stephanie was born on March 10, 1970, in Landstuhl, West Germany to Noel Wayne Nigh and Esther Celia (Wagoner) Nigh. She attended school in West Germany and graduated high school from Caldwell High School.

In 1991 on March 23, Stephanie married Phillip A. Hamsher in Twin Falls, Idaho. Together they resided in Twin Falls, Eagle and Star Idaho. Stephanie worked at St. Lukes Medical Center for 15 years. Her hobbies included quilting, knitting, gardening and cooking. She was a member of New Life Fellowship for over 24 years.

Stephanie is survived by Phillip Hamsher, of Star, Idaho; Jessika Erin Hamsher (32) of Coos Bay, Oregon, Erik A. Hamsher (30) of Meridian, Idaho, Noelle Alexandra Hamsher (27) of Meridian, Idaho, Matthew Connor Hamsher (24), Meridian, Idaho. Brothers; Walter W. Nigh (Anna) Chiang Mai, Thailand, N. Brent Nigh (Kelly) of Williamsburg, Missouri and Michael L. Nigh (Jennifer) of Redondo Beach, California.

She was preceded by her parents; Noel Wayne Nigh and Esther Celia Nigh.

Services will be held on Friday, July 26th at 10:00 a.m. at New Life Fellowship under the direction of Pastor Loren Yadon. Burial will be held at Star Cemetery on Saturday, July 27th at 10:00 a.m.
