Steven Anthony Newton made his transition to Heaven on April
22
nd
2017. His life was sadly cut short but none the less made giant
footprints in all of our hearts. Steven was born on July 14
th
1983,
he was born to his father Steven Leroy Newton and his mother Susan Renee Spears
here in Boise. Steven spent the majority of his life living here in Boise,
although he did make Antioch, California his home for several years in his
later years. He attended many schools growing up and I can say without a
doubt, he picked up the majority of his lifelong pals attending Fort Boise
Junior High School. While Steven lived in California he had the courage and the
honor of obtaining a higher education. Steven gained his Associates Degree in
Web Design and had aspirations of being a “Free-Lance Web Designer”. Steven had
the ability to make anyone feel comfortable, loved, and accepted. He had
countless numbers of friends and these friends came from every walk of life. It
didn’t matter to Steven if you had it all or you had nothing, he saw the value
of a person’s soul. To know my little brother, was a very special honor and if
you knew him, you loved him!! It was impossible not to feel his “GOOD VIBES”.
The kid lit up every room he had ever walked in, and we all get to carry his
spirit in our hearts forever. He would want nothing more than for everyone to
carry that same joyful spirit throughout our own lives; in fact I know he would
be disappointed in all of us if we didn’t carry his legacy on as, just that!!
With all this being said today, Steven would ask of each and every one of us to
carry on, look back smile, and think of him often! There is only so much a
person can put down on paper and I believe that there isn’t enough paper in the
world to capture exactly who Steven WAS!! So let’s CELEBRATE this kid and
always remember the man he was deep in his heart! That man was as genuine of a
person as ever has been in this world; keep him close to your heart, forever.
Steven was blessed with the love of two “Mothers”; many
don’t get a special gift like that in life. With a heavy heart I have to say
that both his birth mother and his second mother proceeded him in death. These
Two Angels were there to greet him to his eternal home, in Heaven. He wasn’t
just greeted by only his mothers, his Grandmother Mildred Louise Newton, his
Grandfather Elvin Spears were both there to welcome him home as well. Steven
left behind quite a few family members here on earth as well. His father Steven Leroy Newton, his
Grandmother Nita Spears, his sister Angela Brown, his brothers Josh Walters, Ed
Walters, Thomas Childers, Noah Schroder, Zach Johnstone. Steven also left
behind nieces and nephews, Madisyn Walters, Maycee Walters, Rebecca Walters,
Noah Brown, and Naomi Brown. Countless Aunts, Uncles, and cousins as well. All
of us will be left with holes in hearts, and finding the courage to continue on
is going to be tough and near impossible, but with Steven filling that void, he
has no doubt we all will do nothing short of that! BE FREE FROM THIS WORLD AND
SOAR AMONGST THE ANGELS LITTLE BROTHER!!!
I WILL SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE STEVEN!!!!!!
