Our
beautiful Mom, Theda Laverne Smallwood, passed away early in the morning of
August 14, 2013 at Boise’s St. Luke’s Hospital surrounded by 3 of her
children. As a devoted wife, mother,
daughter, sister and friend, she was the standard by which all should aspire to
live. She was God centered, selfless,
never judgmental, a servant by nature and full of love for all who were
fortunate enough to know her. She was a
strong, yet gentle soul who cared deeply and beyond comprehension. She has been a long-time member of Boise’s
Whitney Baptist Church, wo

each night, she made each one feel their life and endeavors were the most
important. Finding a church in each new

network of friends extends nationwide, depending on each other faithfully
