Vicki Kay Napier
Vicki Kay Napier, 69, of Meridian, died on May 31, 2018 at
her home.
Vicki was born October 18, 1948 in Vancouver, Washington, to
Richard Bruce Walton and Phyllis Ruth Garnett.
She went to both grade school and high school in Portland,
Oregon. After, she attended nursing school at Mt. Hood Community College. She
graduated from the college’s first nursing class.
Vicki married Steven K. Napier on July 28, 1967 in Portland,
Oregon.
Vicki was an RN at several hospitals and also a nursing home
in Irrigon, Oregon. She enjoyed reading, sewing, and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Sylvia Dennis, and
her parents.
Vicki is survived by her husband, Steven K. Napier, of
Meridian, Idaho; her sister, Michelle (Shelly) Walton Canutt, of Milwaukie,
Oregon; sister-in-law, Gloria M. Beaver, of Simi Valley, California; niece,
Dianna M. Beaver (Richard M. Stokotelny), of Simi Valley, California; and
several nieces, nephews, and cousins throughout the United States and Canada.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
