her high school years she was employed at the local Rexall Drug store.
She married Donald C Jensen in
1951. Not long after, he enlisted in the United States Army where they lived in
El Paso,Texas for a time before she moved back to Nyssa to have her first
child. They divorced in 1993.
Viva and her husband lived in
Cambridge, Idaho where their other three children were born. The couples
Idaho Power career took them from Cambridge to Payette to Boise, Twin Falls and
back to Boise again.
Viva enjoyed making memories with
her family in the Hells Canyon area, especially at the family cabin in Cuprum,
Idaho. Much fun was had riding horses in the back country in the Seven
Devils. She supported her kids in their many activities, scouting, swim
meet, and volunteering at all riding club events. Viva raised and canned her
gardens bounty. She enjoyed her coffee league bowling and was active as a

extraordinary eye for color, decorating and painting.
